Affiliate Specialist

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA) graduate
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience
• Maximum 30 years old
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with marketplace and social media platforms is a plus

Job Description:

• Source and onboard potential KOL/Affiliate partners
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships to support brand growth and sales achievement
• Manage day-to-day communication and operational coordination with KOL/Affiliates
• Organize product sample distribution and campaign execution
• Support KOL/Affiliates with product information and campaign guidelines
• Track, evaluate, and report KOL/Affiliate performance metrics
• Contribute to achieving campaign goals and overall sales targets
