Jobdesc :
- Review, draft, and manage commercial, operational, vendor-related agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives, applicable regulations, and company policies.
- Provide contractual and regulatory support for day-to-day operational, commercial activities.
- Conduct contract analysis and risk assessments, identify potential legal or operational exposures, and recommend practical mitigation measures.
- Perform legal and regulatory research related to commercial transactions, and industry requirements to support business decisions.
- Maintain contract repositories, monitor key contractual obligations, renewals, and milestones, and ensure proper contract lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate contract execution, operational compliance, and issue resolution.
- Prepare contract summaries, risk reports, and management updates to support effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations while promoting good governance and risk awareness.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor of Law
- Minimum 1 years in job related experience as a Corporate Legal or at a Law Firm (Fresh graduate with 6 months internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Have comprehensive knowledge of regulation and law related to corporation and strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
- Have experience handling corporate secretarial services such a incorporation, liquidation, applying for trademark or IP licenses, managing OSS BKPM etc
- Have excellent legal drafting skills
- Have excellent and persuasive communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as dynamic team player
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Program
- Detail oriented and very well organized
- Have excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skill
