Develop and execute KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Identify, research, and evaluate potential KOLs and influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience and campaign objectives.
Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, and campaign execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, talent agencies, and relevant partners.
Develop creative campaign briefs and content guidelines to ensure alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance, including reach, engagement rate, CPM, CPV, CPC, and sales contribution.
Prepare campaign reports and evaluate performance to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, potential KOLs, and new collaboration opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant digital channels.
Experienced in identifying suitable KOLs and evaluating their audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and performance.
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and evaluate ROI.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; experience with influencer marketing platforms is an advantage.
