Spa Therapist (Kuta Selatan, Bali)

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
StaffConnect is supporting the recruitment process on behalf of a professional beauty and wellness business that is currently looking for a **SPA Therapist with a main focus on facial treatments.
This position is suitable for candidates who have hands-on facial treatment experience — even with less than one year of experience — and are eager to develop their skills in modern skincare treatments, especially Hydrafacial and result-driven facial treatments.
This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about skin health, client care, and delivering professional beauty service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional facial treatments according to SOPs and hygiene standards
- Analyze clients’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments
- Operate facial treatment equipment (Hydrafacial experience is an advantage)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment room
- Ensure sanitation and safety procedures are properly followed
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Provide basic skincare consultations and product recommendations
- Support daily spa operations when required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a SPA Therapist (facial treatment focus)
- Must have hands-on experience in facial treatments
- Hydrafacial experience is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of skin types, skin conditions, and skincare products
- Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization standards
- Basic English communication skills
- Must be based in Ungasan or surrounding areas
- Own personal transportation for work mobility
- Professional appearance with a strong service mindset
- Communicative and confident when interacting with clients
- Willing to learn and follow company SOPs and standards
