Jobdescription

• Lead daily bar operations and maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, speed, and service.
• Develop and update recipes, pouring standards, and the drinks menu to fit the restaurant concept.
• Train and supervise bartenders, assign duties, and resolve guest complaints related to the bar.
• Control inventory, ordering, usage records, cleanliness, and safe beverage service.

• At least 5 years of bar experience, including the ability to lead a team.
• High quality standards, strong beverage knowledge, and close attention to detail.
