Assistant Bartender ( Nusa Dua, Bali)

Your tasks

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Ensure all beverages are presented consistently and with high quality.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special orders professionally.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with opening and closing bar procedures.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Profile Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, beach club, hotel, or resort.
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Basic English communication skills (conversational level preferred).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Bartending certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience as a bartender or in bar operations.
• Knowledge of basic recipes and hygiene standards; able to work efficiently during busy service.
