PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in telecommunications, construction and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Looking for a full-time Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a Mandarin Speaker with strong fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin to support our daily business operations. This role will act as a translator and interpreter for meetings, project coordination, and communication with our Chinese management, expatriates, and clients

What you'll be doing :

1. Act as an interpreter during meetings between local staff, expatriates, and Chinese management.
2. Assist internal staff with Mandarin translations in daily work.
3. Translate documents (Indonesian ⇆ Mandarin) accurately and efficiently.
4. Communicate with Chinese clients and partners, including by phone, email, and in person.
5. Provide translation support during site visits and project surveys.
6. Ensure smooth communication between local and Chinese stakeholders

Qualifications & Experiences :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. Mandarin proficiency: HSK Level 4 or above (required).
3. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin.
4. Experience as translator/interpreter is an advantage.
5. Willing to support both office and site/project activities.
6. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
7. Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT
8. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude
