Sales Intern

Job Description

• Support the Sales team in identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Assist in maintaining customer database and updating sales records.
• Help prepare sales quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers under the guidance of the Sales team.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company activities to gain practical experience.
• Learn and understand the company's logistics and freight forwarding services.
• Support administrative tasks related to sales operations and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Business, Marketing, Logistics, International Business, or related fields is preferred).
• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, or the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Having a positive attitude, high motivation, and eagerness to develop professional skills.
