We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who are interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment, people operations, and workplace development.

Your tasks

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening processes
• Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Help maintain employee and candidate records
• Assist in data collection, research, and administrative tasks
• Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other HR-related materials
• Collaborate with team members on various people and business projects

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in any field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a plus
• Own laptop and able to work from our Bali office
• Have and can ride motorbike
