Designer Senior & Videographer

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Content, Creative Production, or Branding
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe InDesign
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro OR Adobe After Effects
• Familiar with SketchUp or 3D Modeling / Rendering tools, 3D Max, and AutoCAD is a plus
• Experience in developing and maintaining Brand Guidelines
• Experience in exhibition/event booth design
• Strong project management and timeline management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable

AI Skills (Preferred):

• Familiar with Generative AI tools: ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, FLUX, or other AI image generation tools
• Familiar with AI-assisted content creation: Runway, Google Veo, CapCut AI, Luma AI, Descript
• Able to utilize AI tools for: Content ideation, Content calendar planning, AI copywriting, Workflow automation, Image/video generation

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, medical, healthcare industry, or any related field
• Experience handling design for events, workshops, conferences, or exhibitions
• Experience in rebranding projects
• Understanding Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior
• Experience using AI throughout content planning, creation, analysis, and optimization processes

Job Description:

• Create and develop visual content for marketing, social media, branding, and promotional activities
• Design creative materials, including: Social media content, Marketing campaigns, Exhibition/event material, Booth design, Corporate branding materials
• Create and edit visual/video content for digital platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Maintain and ensure consistency of brand identity and brand guideline implementation
• Support campaign planning and content development using an AI-assisted workflow
• Conduct trend research and competitor benchmarking
• Collaborate with the Marketing team regarding content concepts and campaign execution
• Support content production activities, including photo/video shooting when required
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency in creative workflow. Position: Senior AI-Driven Creative Content Designer
