IT Business Analyst

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in E-Commerce and/or Retail projects.
- Strong experience in E-Commerce & Retail Requirement Analysis.
- Experienced in gathering requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Good understanding and experience in analyzing BRD and creating FSD documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
