English Teacher (Full Time)

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, English Language, or a related field.
• Teaching/tutoring experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of English for Primary, Secondary, and/or High School levels.
• Familiar with International Curriculum, such as Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, or equivalent.
• Able to explain English language concepts (reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening) clearly, systematically, and in an engaging way.
• Strong analytical thinking and critical reading skills.
• Able to adapt teaching methods to different students' abilities and learning styles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Patient, communicative, creative, disciplined, and student-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the academic team.
• Willing to work full-time and commit to the assigned teaching schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach English based on the International Curriculum.
• Prepare lessons, learning materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Help students develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills and improve their academic performance.
• Monitor students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adjust teaching strategies based on students' individual needs.
• Coordinate with parents and the academic team regarding student progress.
