Your tasks

• Conduct a comparative study about competitor's product, hero ingredients, and packaging recommendations.
• Create a new product launching concept through in-depth research based on the market trends.
• Conduct product sample review and user panel test.
• Engage internal and external end users to gather insight that informs product decisions.
• Create product knowledge and guidelines for product launching.
• Work with factories to create product samples, concept development, and other preparation to launch new product.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in Product Development, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Have strong analytical skills to evaluate ingredients and product formulations.
• Creative and innovative in developing new formulas and improving existing products.
• Have sensitivity to emerging trends and market needs in the beauty industry.
