Shift Engineer - IOT Engineer

PT Simple Journey Indonesia is seeking a Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining operational stability during shift hours.

Your tasks

💼Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain system/production operations during shifts
2. Handle troubleshooting and escalate technical issues quickly and accurately
3. Prepare shift handover reports on a regular basis
4. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth 24/7 operations
5. Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, test cases/checklists, shift logs, bug reports) in a clear and structured manner

Requirements

✅Qualifications

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro atau bidang terkait
2. Willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
3. Understands the basics of system, network, and application troubleshooting
4. Able to write technical documentation clearly and systematically

Preferred

1. Ability to wire devices (read electrical schematics, install and route cables)
2. Experience working with PLCs, SBCs (Single Board Computers), servos, and similar devices
3. Familiarity with IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP/REST, Modbus, etc.) and IoT platforms
4. Experience with microcontrollers/devices (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LoRa)
