Shift Engineer - DevOps

PT Simple Journey Indonesia is seeking a Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining operational stability during shift hours.

📍 Location: Tangerang, Indonesia | 🕒 Full Time (WFO)

💼Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain system/production operations during shifts
2. Handle troubleshooting and escalate technical issues quickly and accurately
3. Prepare shift handover reports on a regular basis
4. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth 24/7 operations
5. Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, test cases/checklists, shift logs, bug reports) in a clear and structured manner

✅Qualifications

1. Willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
2. Understands the basics of system, network, and application troubleshooting
3. Able to write technical documentation clearly and systematically

Preferred

1. Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
2. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
3. Basic understanding of CI/CD, cloud computing, or containerization
4. Able to assist with deployment processes, monitor infrastructure, and maintain system uptime during shifts
