Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HSE/K3, preferably in a project, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Good understanding of HSE procedures, applicable regulations, and safety standards.
• Experienced in conducting safety inspections, Safety Talks, Toolbox Meetings, and safety briefings.
• Familiar with CSMS, HIRADC, JSA, Safety Programs, and HSE reporting/documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• HSE/K3 certification (e.g., AK3 Umum) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation and compliance of HSE/K3 procedures at the Head Office and project/work sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and monitor workplace safety conditions.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
• Conduct Safety Talks, Toolbox Meetings, and safety briefings for employees and project teams.
• Prepare, maintain, and update HSE reports, records, and related documentation.
• Support the implementation of HIRADC, JSA, CSMS, and Safety Programs.
• Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and site teams to address HSE issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
