About the company

SimbaGo is a growing pet products and services platform based in Bali, Indonesia. We are building a modern ecosystem that connects pet owners with pet food, accessories, veterinary products, grooming services, and other pet-related businesses.

We are looking for a long-term team member who is ready to grow together with SimbaGo.

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and support the company’s growth.

• Manage and oversee daily business operations.
• Coordinate employees and ensure efficient teamwork.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, suppliers, and service providers.
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Solve operational challenges and make independent decisions.
• Report directly to the company owner on performance, progress, and key developments.
• Support business expansion and long-term growth in Bali.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, business management, or a similar leadership position.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience in recruitment and team management.
• Good knowledge of the Bali business environment.
• Professional references and a verifiable employment history.
• Fluent Indonesian and good command of English.
