System Analyst - Manufacture Industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst / IT Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and system development methodologies.
• Experienced in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including BRD, FSD, SRS, and user stories.
• Proficient in creating UML diagrams, flowcharts, use cases, and system/process documentation using tools such as Draw.io, Visio, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of REST API, JSON/XML, database concepts, and SQL.
• Familiar with API testing/documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Able to collaborate with Business Users, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willing to fully WFO
