Senior System Analyst (Financial Industry) - ASAP

Job Description – Senior System Analyst Client: Sigmatech (Financial / Multi-Finance Industry) Status: ASAP Hiring, WFO Onsite South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and document system integration requirements between core multi-finance systems, digital platforms, and third-party applications (e.g., payment gateways, banking systems, mobile apps).
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Perform system impact analysis and provide solution design for integration of new modules, APIs, and external services.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, project managers, and vendors to deliver high-quality integration solutions within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, data mapping, and interface specifications.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, validating test results, and ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring business continuity.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize system integration and data flow.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards, regulations, and security policies in all system integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 2+ years in financial or multi-finance industry.
• Proven experience in system integration projects (API, ESB, middleware, data mapping, third-party system integration).
• Strong understanding of finance and loan lifecycle processes (loan application, disbursement, repayment, collection, reporting).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and system modeling tools.
• Familiarity with integration tools/technologies (e.g., REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, Kafka, or MuleSoft) is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
