Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation, particularly using Cypress and Katalon.
- Proficient in API testing using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Able to perform defect identification, root cause analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Familiar with SDLC/STLC and QA testing methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
- Good understanding of web application testing and API integration.
- Familiarity with health insurance or life insurance business processes is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willing to work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other QA teams to ensure application quality.
