Microsoft 365 Engineer

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
2. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
4. Experience managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
5. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and reporting automation.
6. Experience with Microsoft 365 migration tools and hybrid environments.
7. Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, licensing, and administration.
8. Experience in L2/L3 troubleshooting, tenant health checks, and resolving complex technical issues.
9. Experience implementing or migrating Microsoft 365 Business Premium and E5 environments.
10. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
11. Ability to create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
12. Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers is preferred.
