Requirements – HRIS Consultant

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HRIS Consultant, HRIS Functional Consultant, or HRIS Implementation Consultant. Experienced in HRIS implementation, configuration, enhancement, and system support. Strong understanding of HR business processes, including Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, and employee administration. Able to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into HRIS functional specifications and system configurations. Experienced in preparing functional documentation, SOPs, user guides, and configuration documents. Experienced in supporting UAT, including test scenario preparation, execution, defect identification, troubleshooting, and validation. Able to analyze HRIS issues and coordinate with technical teams or vendors for resolution. Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with HR, Payroll, GA, IT, and business stakeholders. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or other HRIS platforms is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
