Golang Developer for Banking-WFO Bintaro Tangerang (Prefer ASAP)

Backend Developer (Golang Developer) - WFO for Banking Companies, HO Bintaro - Tangerang area.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang for banking and payment-related systems.
• Build and enhance microservices-based architecture to support high-volume transaction processing, payment routing, reconciliation, and financial integrations.
• Develop secure integrations with payment gateways, banking systems, third-party financial services, and internal enterprise platforms.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and service reliability to ensure low latency, high throughput, and system scalability.
• Implement robust authentication, authorization, encryption, logging, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms in accordance with banking and financial industry standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices for software design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture design, troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution.
• Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and production deployments to ensure stable and efficient releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to system architecture, development standards, and engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
• Mandatory experience in Banking, Payment Solutions, Payment Gateway, Digital Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development, Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with Golang frameworks and libraries such as Gin, Echo, Fiber, gRPC, and related middleware tools is highly preferred.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL technologies.
• Familiarity with message brokers and streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud or on-premise deployment environments.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot is considered a strong advantage and will be prioritized.
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices, OAuth2/JWT, API security, transaction handling, and high-availability system design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Profile

• Hands-on experience building high-transaction banking or payment systems with strong reliability and performance requirements.
• Ability to handle both Golang and Java Spring Boot services in a hybrid backend environment.
• Available to join ASAP and willing to work WFO in Bintaro, Tangerang Area.
