Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering.
- Understanding of wire harness manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Cikarang, Delta Silicon 3.
- Able to join ASAP is a point plus
Job Responsibilities
- Manage wire harness projects from planning to production according to customer requirements.
- Prepare and monitor the Master Plan / Master Schedule for each project.
- Manage the Engineering Project Team and monitor KPI achievement.
- Ensure APQP, tooling, and production readiness are completed according to schedule.
- Monitor customer design changes (EWO & PAA) and their impact on the project.
- Control project costs, resources, risks, and progress.
- Coordinate with customers and related departments to ensure project targets are achieved.
