GM Industrial Estate Management (Subang)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management position
• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial estates, mixed-use developments, or similar large-scale assets (min 500 Ha) with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of estate infrastructure, utilities, facility management, maintenance, HSE, security, and environmental management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, with strong commitment to ethical business practices and sound corporate governance.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with strong decision-making capabilities based on sound analysis, data, and business considerations.
• Willing to be based in Subang, West Java.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead the overall Estate Management operations, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, safety, security, environmental standards, and seamless day-to-day operations across the industrial estate.
• Direct and oversee utilities and estate infrastructure, including water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, roads, drainage, landscaping, waste management, and common facilities, ensuring availability, efficiency, reliability, and proper maintenance.
• Develop and implement the Estate Management strategy, policies, SOPs, and service standards, aligned with the company's objectives and the long-term development of the industrial estate.
• Take overall responsibility for the handover process from Development/Construction to Estate Management, ensuring completed infrastructure, utilities, facilities, and common areas meet required technical, operational, quality, safety, and regulatory standards before being transitioned into operation.
