Sales Manager for Cyber Security

From the early days of network security market to the current race for zero day, we have been a pioneer of cutting edge security solutions implemented with solid foundations. We're looking for Sales Manager for Cyber Security, with requirement as follow:

Responsibility:

• Leading and managing sales team; hiring and training new sales team members.
• Leading sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Creating sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Managing sales pipeline and ensuring effective sales processes.
• Tracking sales team performance against targets and KPIs.
• Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships.
• Managing the sales team's budget and resources effectively.
• Preparing sales reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development.

Qualifications required:

• A bachelor’s degree in IT and or cyber background (prefered)
• Min 4 (four) years sales experience in IT cyber market
• Proven experience in sales manager and account management
• Excellent knowledge of sales principles and techniques
