F&B (Food and Beverage) Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Good understanding of F&B service, daily operations, and service standards.
• Able to supervise and coordinate the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to maintain service quality.
• Able to work with targets, handle operational challenges, and work in a fast-paced environment.
