About the Role Support Voyago’s inbound operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and grow our B2B and B2C business.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the General Manager of Voyago.
• Handle reservations and coordinate tour departures.
• Provide support to B2B and B2C clients.
• Manage the CRM and sales pipeline.
• Reconcile payments, invoices, and related documents.
• Collect and follow up on guest feedback.
• Work closely with overseas partners, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in inbound tour operations or reservations.
• Fluent and confident English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be on call during tours when needed.
• Team player with a service-minded attitude.
