Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Profiency in Mandarin (Speaking).
• Profiency in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
• Profiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including product special characteristics, assembly instruction (SOP).
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
• Work closely cross functional teams to facilitate smooth product introduction from NPI trial to production.
• Responsible for conducting training related to work instruction to operators.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
