Production Staff

Your tasks

• Manage Autonomous Maintenance (AM) programs and coordinate with the maintenance team for Preventive Maintenance (PM) management and Improvement initiatives.
• Manage HSE & Environment aspects: coordinate in determining corrective/preventive actions and accelerate their resolution together with the internal production team and related departments.
• Perform Process Control and maintain OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Production Plan: monitor daily production plan execution, material consumption, production yield, and manage manpower work distribution on the production line.
• Perform Quality Control and Contamination Prevention.
• Optimize Production Processes through the implementation of Basic Condition Equipment, improvement of work methods, equipment efficiency, and Continual Improvement programs.
• Act as a Back-Up for Production Supervisor duties if required.

Requirements

• Minimum education: D3 / S1 Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics.
• Work experience: Minimum 1 year in the Agrochemical / Chemical industry.
• Understand Industrial Chemistry, Mechatronics, as well as Pneumatic-Hydraulic Systems.
• Understand the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), specifically Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Possess good Problem Solving and Data Analysis skills.
• English: Active (very good in Communication, Writing, and Reading).
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Possess leadership qualities, good communication, and are oriented towards occupational safety (K3) and Continual Improvement.
