Store Supervisor

(SPV)

Samara Chocolates is looking for a Store Supervisor (SPV) with experience in the F&B industry who is ready to be directly involved in store operations.

This is a hands-on and hybrid role, you will actively perform Store Staff duties during shifts while also taking responsibility for team supervision, customer experience, and improving store sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations during shifts
• Serve customers and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Execute upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations
• Ensure cleanliness, product display, stock, cashier, and store SOPs are properly maintained
• Help increase store traffic, sales, and repeat customers
• Supervise, guide, and support Store Staff
• Create and monitor daily sales reports
• Execute store activities such as sampling, promotions, and mini activations
• Identify operational issues and take initiative to improve store performance

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry (required)
• Experience as Store Supervisor, Store Leader, or Senior Staff is preferred
• Understand F&B outlet operations and customer service
• Strong sales, upselling, and customer engagement skills
• Able to lead, coach, and direct a team
• Experienced in using POS systems and EDC machines
• Responsible, communicative, proactive, and have a strong sense of ownership
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good English communication skills (required)
