Join Our Team! Bikerz Beer Garden is looking for a Full-Time Regular Chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone with solid kitchen experience and a strong interest in German / Bavarian-style cuisine, BBQ and grilled food. Candidates from Commis Chef to Chef level are welcome to apply, depending on experience and competency. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to BBG menu and kitchen standards.
• Prepare German / Bavarian-style dishes and BBQ / grilled food.
• Handle meat, pork, poultry and other ingredients properly.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Maintain food quality, taste, portion and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage ingredients efficiently and minimize food waste.
• Support kitchen operations during regular service and special events.
• Work effectively with the kitchen and service team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience as Chef, Commis Chef, Cook or equivalent.
• Experience with German / Bavarian-style cuisine is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of BBQ, grilling and meat preparation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, reliable and disciplined.
• F&B / restaurant experience preferred.
• Currently based in Bali and available to work in Kerobokan, Bali.
• Available for full-time employment.

German / Bavarian Cuisine Experience Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage:

• Bratwurst
• Schnitzel
• Schweinshaxe
• Leberkäse
• Schweinebraten
• Sauerkraut
• Kartoffelsalat / German Potato Salad
• German-style sauces and mustard
• German / European-style grilled and roasted meat dishes
