Advertiser / Performance Marketing (Google Ads,Meta,Marketplace)
PT Sainsgo Karya Indonesia is manufacturer of baby care, personal & skin care, foods and traditional medicine. We are looking for an Advertiser / Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads).

What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google, Meta, and Marketplace (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada) campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the Creative, Product, and Business teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Manage advertising budgets effectively while maximizing campaign performance
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Marketplace (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada)
- Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in Sawangan,Depok.
