HRIS: Proficiency in HR information systems and data management Record Keeping: Accurate and timely maintenance of employee records Documentation: Ability to prepare HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews Compliance: Adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements General Affairs Skills:

Facility Management: Oversight of office space, maintenance, and security Procurement: Management of office supplies and vendor relationships Event Planning: Organization of company events, meetings, and conferences Travel Arrangements: Booking and coordinating travel for employees General Administration: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and operations Additional Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR or general affairs Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
