Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering project requirements to design and implement cost-effective, efficient logistics and system plans that meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and other internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and execute process optimization strategies.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation while staying updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an engineering or logistics role, with a proven track record in system development and logistics implementation.
• Strong knowledge of system applications, transportation methods, warehousing operations, and inventory management principles.
• Experience in data analysis using Excel and logistics management software (WMS, TMS).
• Experience in designing warehouse layouts and simulating operational flow using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, data reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
