URGENT HIRING – SENIOR FIELD COLLECTION Reliance Finance (PT Usaha Pembiayaan Reliance Indonesia) is the multi-finance business of Reliance Group, providing financing solutions for both businesses and consumers in Indonesia. The company offers various financing products, including business financing, employee financing, and home/property-related financing. Reliance Finance is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). We are currently looking for a Senior Field Collection professional to join our team in DKI Jakarta. This role will be responsible for managing and monitoring collection activities through direct customer visits, handling overdue accounts, conducting field tracing, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely resolution of delinquent accounts. The position will also support collection monitoring, reporting, and coordination with internal teams, with greater responsibility in handling complex cases and achieving collection performance targets.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and execute field collection activities for assigned customer accounts, including direct visits and delivery of Warning Letters (Surat Peringatan/SP).
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on customer payment obligations within the assigned delinquency period.
• Handle complex collection cases through effective negotiation and appropriate payment arrangements.
• Conduct field tracing and verify customer information, including contact details and residential/workplace addresses.
• Monitor customer payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up until payment obligations are fulfilled.
• Identify collection issues and potential escalation cases, and coordinate with internal teams for appropriate resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and prepare regular performance reports for supervisors/management.
• Support the implementation of collection strategies and initiatives to achieve recovery targets and minimize delinquency.

What We're Looking For:

• Male candidate, maximum 45 years old.
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education; Diploma/Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in collection, banking, financing, or the multifinance industry.
• Experience handling field collection, delinquent accounts, customer negotiation, and account recovery; property-related financing/assets is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, resilient, accountable, and able to handle challenging customer situations.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Must own a personal motorcycle, hold a valid SIM C
• Available to join in October 2026 is highly preferred.
