Admin Operation

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Payment Operations, Banking Operations, or the Fintech industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience
• Understanding of digital payment transaction flows, such as QRIS, Virtual Accounts (VA), Bank Transfers, PPOB, or payment gateways is an advantage.
• Experienced in transaction reconciliation and handling large volumes of data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, and data processing
• Strong administrative, documentation, and reporting skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners (banks, switching providers, merchants, and vendors)
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Description :

• Perform transaction reconciliation between internal systems and data received from banks, switching providers, and business partners
• Identify, investigate, and follow up on transaction reconciliation discrepancies
• Prepare and execute daily settlement processes for merchants and business partners according to established schedules
• Coordinate with merchants, banks, switching providers, and vendors to resolve transaction disputes
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports
• Prepare and compile operational reports required by regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable regulations
