SSD Network Management Officer – Placement at Finance Industry

Job Description:

• Plan and monitor network development, including opening, closing, upgrading, downgrading, merging, and splitting branches.
• Prepare network-related reports, feasibility studies, approvals, and administrative documents.
• Coordinate the network development process with branch PIC and related internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs related to network development and review them periodically.
• Handle network-related reporting and administration, including OJK reporting.
• Prepare network data, including active network, branch types, and Head of Branch lists.
• Prepare communication materials related to network development updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any relevant major.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in network management, business operations, administration, or related fields.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to create and present reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Able to understand, analyze, and communicate data.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of business/financial services is preferred.
• Good public speaking and stakeholder management skills.
