Job Descriptions
- Coordinate PDP implementation with Operations, Legal, IT Security, IT, and HC.
- Maintain data mapping, gap analysis, remediation trackers, and progress reports.
- Prepare and maintain PDP procedures, work instructions, forms, ROPA, and audit documentation.
- Identify compliance gaps and follow up on required corrective actions.
- Support PDP assessments, audits, awareness, and training activities.
Requirements
- D3/S1, preferably in Law.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, ISO/Document Control, or related fields.
- Familiar with PDP law and Government Regulation No. 33/2026.
- Understand regulatory compliance, regulatory mapping, gap assessment, and SOP/policy development.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
