Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Job Description

• Handle and supervise end-to-end Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) processes.
• Manage daily finance and accounting activities, including AR, AP, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Prepare and review financial reports.
• Handle end-to-end tax processes, including tax calculation, payment, reporting, and compliance.
• Manage tax matters related to e-commerce and online sales transactions.
• Reconcile transactions from marketplaces, payment gateways, banks, and accounting records.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and tax reporting.
• Monitor compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Supervise the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
• Coordinate with Management, auditors, and external tax consultants when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
• Strong experience in end-to-end FAT.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax, especially e-commerce/online sales taxation.
• Experience with marketplace and online transaction reconciliation is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good Excel and accounting system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to join immediately or with a short notice period.
• Willing to work on-site in North Jakarta.
