🔥 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build & own our business systems — Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Automate everything possible — Identify repetitive tasks, eliminate manual work, and create smarter workflows across departments.
• Bring AI into real operations — Explore and implement AI-powered automation, intelligent workflows, and practical AI integrations.
• Connect the dots — Build APIs and integrations between internal systems, marketplaces, ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms.
• Full stack, full ownership — Handle frontend, backend, databases, deployment, and ongoing system improvements.
• Solve real business problems — Work closely with business teams to understand operational challenges and turn them into working solutions.
• Keep things running smoothly — Ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and easy to use.

Requirements

We're looking for a smart, hands-on, and resourceful Full Stack Developer who can build scalable business systems, connect workflows, and turn complex operations into simple, efficient solutions.

This isn't just about writing code. We want someone who understands how businesses work, challenges inefficient processes, and knows how to make technology do the heavy lifting.

🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience in full stack development, both frontend and backend.
• Comfortable with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, REST APIs, system integrations, and cloud deployment.
• Experience building business applications, ideally OMS, WMS, CRM, ERP, inventory, sales, or workflow management systems.
• Familiar with AI APIs, LLMs, n8n, Make, or other automation tools.
• A proven portfolio is a must — Show us real applications you've developed, whether Android apps, web-based platforms, or business management systems.
• Be ready to walk us through your work — We want to see what you've built, understand your contributions, and hear how you solved real technical challenges.
• Able to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and take ownership from idea to deployment.
• Curious, analytical, resourceful, and always looking for a better way to do things.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU

• Have built an OMS, WMS, CRM, or ERP system from scratch.
• Have experience with IoT platforms, connected devices, or smart technology ecosystems.
• Have worked with inventory tracking, barcode/QR scanning, order processing, stock reconciliation, sales pipelines, or customer management.
• Have implemented AI agents, automated approvals, document processing, or cross-platform integrations.
• Love experimenting with new technologies and turning prototypes into production-ready solutions.
