Full Stack Developer (Web Applications & E-commerce)

Quantum Group is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build internal web applications and manage our corporate and e-commerce websites. You will take ownership of projects, work closely with business teams, and have room to make technical decisions that shape the solutions you build.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal web applications, including sales dashboards and tools that support business operations.
• Build user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data integrations for internal users.
• Maintain and customize our Shopify and WordPress websites, including theme updates, new features, and routine technical upkeep.
• Integrate applications and websites with third-party services through APIs.
• Turn designs from Figma into responsive interfaces and provide practical UI/UX feedback to designers.
• Improve application and website performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues across the frontend, backend, databases, and integrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, set priorities, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Use AI coding assistants in your development workflow while reviewing, testing, and taking responsibility for the resulting code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer at a mid or senior level, with examples of web applications you have built and maintained.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and SQL queries.
• Experience building backend services and integrating REST APIs. We are open to different backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and customizing both Shopify and WordPress websites, including theme customization and API integrations.
• Ability to implement designs from Figma accurately and identify opportunities to improve usability, consistency, and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with Git, testing practices, web application security, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants, with the ability to assess and improve their output.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to work with nontechnical teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bogor.
