Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace, with proven experience in managing and developing E-Commerce stores from 0. Experienced in managing multiple E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. Proven track record of developing products from zero sales into high-performing or best-selling products. Strong understanding of product listing, pricing, promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and marketplace optimization. Experienced in analyzing sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and product performance to develop effective sales strategies. Experienced in managing and achieving E-Commerce sales targets. Good understanding of marketplace trends and platform-specific strategies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Willing to work according to the assigned schedule, with days off based on the designated work schedule, including the possibility of working on weekends and public holidays.
