IT Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Engineering or IT Support.
- Strong understanding of network installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in MikroTik configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with network cabling installation (LAN/Fiber Optic experience is an advantage).
- Good understanding of networking systems, printer sharing, access points, and other IT support devices.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Install and maintain company IT devices and infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot MikroTik systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Perform network cabling installation and cable management.
- Monitor network performance and ensure stable internet connectivity.
- Maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other supporting devices.
- Provide technical support to users regarding IT-related issues.
- Prepare periodic maintenance and work activity reports
