About the role To manage daily Kids Club operations, ensuring a safe, educational, and fun environment for children aged 4-12. The Assistant Manager / Supervisor acts as a team leader, operational manager, and safety coordinator, serving as the bridge between the operational team and management to achieve department goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily Kids Club operations
- Ensure safe, educational, and fun environment for children aged 4-12
- Act as team leader and operational manager
- Serve as safety coordinator
- Bridge between operational team and management to achieve department goals
- Lead game activities, such as water and land activities
- Manage events (Christmas, New Year, Halloween, etc.)
About you
- Minimum Diploma 1 in hospitality
- Minimum 1 year experience in the current position
- Ability in English both passive and active
- Ability for swimming
- Can handle some craftings
- Ability to lead game activities
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office
- Leadership skill to lead team and manage events
- Must be able to stay on Nikoi Island during working
