System Analyst & UI/UX Designer

Your tasks

We are looking for a System Analyst & UI/UX Designer to support the development and enhancement of banking applications under the IM-SOLUTION suite, including IM-HOTS, IM-MON, IM-DISTRO, and related modules. This role combines system analysis, business requirements gathering, process modelling, and user interface design to deliver functional and user-friendly banking solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities 🔹 System Analysis

1. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
2. Prepare BRD/FSD/SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
3. Define functional workflows, API requirements, and system integration specifications.
4. Coordinate with developers and QA for requirement clarification, UAT, and implementation.

UI/UX Design

1. Conduct user interviews and workflow analysis to identify user needs.
2. Develop user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive UI designs using Figma.
3. Create and maintain reusable UI components and design standards.
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs.
5. Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.

Requirements

📍 Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
2. Experience: 1–2 years in the IT industry.

Familiar with business requirement gathering and documentation, including BRD, FSD, and SRS.

1. Understanding of UML, BPMN, flowcharts, use cases, REST APIs, JSON, and system integration.
2. Hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design systems.
3. Knowledge of user research, user journey mapping, information architecture, responsive design, and usability testing.
4. Familiar with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic web/mobile development concepts.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

1. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.

⭐ Preferred Experience: Familiarity with banking operational workflows, ATM/CRM monitoring, and IM-SOLUTION applications is an advantage.
