PROJECT COORDINATOR

Requirements

• Male
• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction; successfully managed at least 2 full-cycle projects
• Age between 30–45 years old
• Extensive experience in multi-project coordination and management
• Proficient in scheduling and controlling construction timelines
• Deep understanding of Indonesian building regulations, including AMDAL/UKL-UPL and PBG licensing flows
• Strong communication and networking skills with local government authorities
• Experienced in budgeting and cost control
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• SKA/SKT certification is a major plus
• Willing to work full-time with multi-site rotation (Gresik-Surabaya)
