About the Role We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Product Analyst to join our Product Team. In this role, you will help identify user needs, gather product requirements, and collaborate with developers and project teams to support product assessment and development.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements based on user needs.
- Work closely with developers and project teams during product assessment and development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product requirements and objectives.
- Support product backlog management, issue tracking, and prioritization.
- Maintain product documentation and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to relevant teams.
- Assist in monitoring product development progress and follow up on outstanding issues.
Requirements
This position is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn, have strong analytical and communication skills, and are interested in software product development. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Manager, or in a related role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SQL.
- Strong learning agility, analytical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO).
