Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

Analyze, evaluate, and improve work processes, manpower, productivity, and layouts to increase production efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Understanding of work measurement, time study, manpower analysis, and productivity improvement.
4. Knowledge of wage and engineering work.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Proficient in AutoCAD or other drawing software.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
