Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We are now looking for young, talented and motivated individual to join our internship program as Intern Tech Microdemy. Position: Internship

Job Description

• Receive and record issue/bug reports from Customer Service and branch teams through Plane.
• Classify, prioritize, and perform initial issue reproduction before escalating them to the Project Manager or Developer.
• Handle data export requests from internal systems.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly issue reports.
• Monitor recurring issues and communicate potential problems or patterns to the Project Manager.
• Document resolved issues as part of the team's knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Understand the fundamentals of information systems, web application workflows, and basic Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum or Sprint methodologies and collaboration tools such as Slack and Plane is a plus.
• Experience in an IT project or organization involving technical documentation and cross-functional team coordination is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bali and must have a personal laptop for internship activities.
